During my personal experience I was dealing with Paul for my first ever home. I had very little knowledge in the matter and wasn’t completely sure as to where to start. I cannot recommend approved mortgage solutions enough. Me and my fiancé were recommend by my sister who gave us the contact details for Paul and I can honestly say he went above and beyond throughout every step of the process. As first time buyers we really didn't know a lot about how to buy a house and the whole process, but after a zoom call with Paul he explains everything so well and makes the whole process very easy. Any questions we had or any problems we encountered he was on hand to give us advice and find solutions for us. I would highly recommend darren as your mortgage advisor as me and my partner had a complex case due to me being a student and other factors but he still managed to find us a suitable mortgage and is always available to answer any questions and very very patient. He would always listen to our wishes and give the best recommendation to find us the best mortgage deal.

Mark Butler from Approved Mortgage Solutions made the process of finding a mortgage as easy as we have ever experienced. Two things stand out, knowledge and patience. Mark was able to identify a number of options and talked us through every one. And when our circumstances altered he did it all again. Never have we felt so at ease when arranging a mortgage. Highly recommended. Have been with this company a number of years with my mortgage and insurances. Paul and his team are extremely professional and nothing was to much trouble for them. They are on the end of the phone day and night and are happy to chat things over. Laura remortgaged for us. She found us a great deal in the tricky mortgage market. The day our deal was due to go ahead the market rate lowered and Laura went out of her way to change us to the lower deal. A trusted and great company.
