We are looking for a Mortgage and Protection Adviser who is looking for a new challenge and to expand their experience. The company is a very well-established and respected mortgage brokerage offering excellent payment structures and personal development opportunities’.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll maximise potential of every mortgage and protection lead, provide suitable advice for clients, be compliant at all times, communicate clearly and precisely both over the phone and face to face, provide advice services to clients in Tyne & Wear, Northumberland and Durham area. You’ll be skilled at overcoming objections and working towards personal goals and ambitions.
Personal Specification
As an adviser working for this company, you will be a well presented professional with full CeMAP, Competent Adviser status (CAS) and experienced within financial services. You must be motivated and a great communicator with a positive attitude and proficient manner when dealing with customers and clients.
You will receive full support and have access to exceptional mortgage products and excellent insurance providers.
- You will have a proven track record in a similar role
- Willingness to improve on that success through quality advice and high levels of mortgage and protection business.
- History of providing sound mortgage advice
Benefits
Excellent payment structure, £40k+ OTE per annum with realistic opportunities to increase through uncapped earnings.
The successful candidate must be willing to help self-generate business but some leads and marketing will be provided by the Practice. The right candidate will enjoy a very generous commission split, marketing support, full administration and back-office support, office facilities as well as all relevant software systems.
Hours
Flexible working hours are a must and you will need to be able to meet clients when they are available for appointments.
