An appointment can also held at our offices in Sunderland which offer 24/7 access and with free parking or if you're more comfortable, we can come to see you at home or in your place of work.

Approved Mortgage Solutions Limited cover all areas of the North East including Sunderland, Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead, Washington, Middlesborough and all other areas of Tyne & Wear, Durham and Teeside regions. If you live outside the North East we can still help you, however most of the contact will be by post, web-link, telephone or e-mail.

Judith Adams

Judith has been involved with Financial Services since leaving school more years ago than she will admit. She became a CEMAP qualified adviser in 2000 during the 20 years she worked for Barclays. She left there in January 2005 as she wanted to be able to assist more people and have access to all the mortgage lenders not just one. She enjoys cycling and swimming, when she is not looking after her three grandchildren. Her main focus is on great customer service going the extra mile for her clients.

Melanie Forsyth

Melanie has been involved in Financial Services for over 25 years in various different roles including Administration Manager and Business Development Manager as well as an Adviser, so has a good understanding of the industry from many different perspectives. She became CeMap qualified in 2006 when working for Scottish Widows Bank. Her focus is on providing excellent customer service and helping clients make the house purchase experience as stress-free as possible.

Paul Hampton

Paul has been involved with financial managment since 1990. He became qualified as a Financial Adviser in 1999 while working for Barclays Financial Managment. He chose to specialise in Mortgages and the associated insurance and became CeMAP qualified in 2000, four years before it became a compulsary qualification to give mortgage advice. He prides himself on customer service and his ability to listen to customers needs and find the perfect product to suit.

Andrew Judson

Andrew has been involved in financial services since 2006. He became CeMAP qualified in 2008 while working for Northern Rock and has specialised in mortgages and insurances ever since. Although relatively new to the industry compared to the other advisors, he has an excellent knowledge of mortgage and insurances and a freshness reflected in his excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Jacqueline Morrow

Jacqui has twenty years experience in banking she became CeMAP qualified in 2000, and has given full mortgage advice for the last ten years. She has recently joined the company and is keen to bring her knowledge and experience to new customers. She enjoys meeting new clients and is dedicated to making the mortgage process as smooth as possible In her spare time she enjoys photography and live music.

Roy Wheatcroft

Roy has worked in financial services since 1982 having joined CIS Ltd at that time followed by time with Prudential and Friends Provident advising on their insurance, investment and pension products. He became qualified as a financial adviser in 1996. In 2002 he decided to specialise in mortgages and became CeMAP qualified that year.  Roy is not quite ready for a zimmer frame but no longer participates in sport restricting himself to watching on TV. His other pastimes revolve around keeping his two grandchildren entertained. He likes to think of himself as a dutch uncle to his clients by offering the most appropriate advice to their needs and circumstances.
